The notorious Capt. Blackbeard is pursued by Sir Henry Morgan as he continues his reign of piracy on the high seas, holding Morgan's mistress captive and wreaking havoc amongst his mistrustful crew. Edward Maynard tries desperately to find enough evidence to convict Blackbeard of piracy and treason.
